For 7th & 8th grade students who will be in Athletics, please do NOT order. You will be issued a different uniform for Athletics.

PLEASE make sure to read our processing, fulfillment and delivery procedures below so that there are no misunderstandings as to when you will receive your order.

* DCW Sales uses a weekly batch system for orders. Online orders are collected and processed each week on Wednesdays at 3:00pm. It takes approximately 7-10 business days to complete an order after it has been processed, NOT 7-10 business days from the date of your order. 

* Online orders placed after 3:00pm on any Wednesday will be collected and processed with the next week's batch. There are no exceptions to this "rule". It is put into place so that our shop can stay on schedule with order deliveries.

* Online orders are eligible for either 1-3 business day shipping, at a reasonable cost, or they can be delivered to Coach Flanery for distribution to your student for free. HOWEVER, free delivery is only for a limited time. (More below.)

* Please remember to include your student's name when completing your checkout process. Their name will need to be added on the Shipping Address page. Please double-check your student's information if you auto-fill this page.

* The shipping option does provide a 1 to 3 day shipping, but it does NOT speed up your order processing time. Orders are shipped when they are fulfilled as outlined above.

*We do not offer RUSH services.

*Orders will begin shipping the first week of August, 2023.
* To receive orders by the first day of school (either via a shipped order or via delivery to Coach Flanery), orders will need to be placed no later than Wednesday, July 26, 2023, 3:00pm.

* To receive orders by the first Friday that school is in session (either via a shipped order or via Coach Flanery), orders will need to be placed no later than Wednesday, August 2, 2023, 3:00pm.

* To receive FREE DELIVERY TO THE SCHOOL, your order will need to be placed no later than Wednesday, August 9, 2023, 3:00pm.

After this date & time, all orders will ship directly to your home. 

CUSTOMIZED ITEMS: For an additional fee, add the student's last name to the back of their shirt or to the right leg of their short. ONLY student last names will be added. 

EXCHANGES: Items are ONLY eligible for an exchange if the item has a manufacturing defect. DCW Sales reserves the right to inspect any item that is being exchanged for a manufacturing defect prior to agreeing to the exchange. Ordering the wrong size does NOT qualify as a manufacturing defect. PLEASE continue to double-check size charts that are available on each page to make sure that the correct sizes are being ordered.
