DCW Sales - About Us
Thank you for visiting the DCW Sales online store! We are a small, family-owned business that started in 2008 with one simple embroidery machine. We began the business in an effort to help out with embroidered numbers on backpacks for our children's soccer teams.
I don't think we were fully prepared for the path this business had planned for us!!
The majority of our business is done behind-the-scenes for local sport stores and schools. We do occasionally take orders from other organizations as well.
In regards to embellished apparel/promotional items:
*For athletic groups (i.e. cheer squad, football team, soccer club), there is a minimum of 12 pieces that need to be ordered for us to accept the work/job.
*For all other groups/organizations needing items embellished, we require a 50 piece minimum order to accept the work/job.
*For any job needing custom artwork, a $50, non-refundable deposit is required before the design can be commissioned. The deposit is then applied to the overall invoice once the job is complete.
The majority of what you will find on this online store are collections designed for particular groups, not general merchandise available to the public. Any custom order takes approximately 7-10 business days to fulfill.
We operate out of a business office, but it is not a storefront and we are not open to the public, unless you make an appointment. For the most part, there is only one person handling all emails, phone calls, orders, work set-up and labor during the business day. Occasionally, our children will help out when they can.

Our normal operating hours are Monday-Friday, 10:00am-2:30pm with occasional Saturday hours.
