DCW Sales - General Disclaimer regarding how we process and fulfill orders

PLEASE READ THIS PAGE THOROUGHLY PRIOR TO PLACING AN ORDER

FULFILLMENT PROCEDURES:
* DCW Sales uses a weekly batch system for orders. Online orders are collected and processed each week on Wednesdays at 3:00pm CST. It takes approximately 2 weeks (7-10 business days) to fulfill an order after it has been processed, NOT 2 weeks from the date of your order. However, if we are able to fulfill an order before the 2 week period of time, it will be shipped or delivered sooner.

* Online orders placed after 3:00pm CST on any Wednesday will be collected and processed with the next week's batch. There are no exceptions to this "rule". It is put into place so that our shop can stay on schedule with order deliveries.

* Online orders are eligible to ship via USPS Priority Mail &/or UPS shipping, at a cost designated by those carriers, or they can be delivered to a designated location, depending on the organization, or picked up by an organization's representative. Some items are only available for shipping.

* Some shipping providers offer a 1-2 day shipping, but it does NOT speed up your order's fulfillment time. Orders are shipped when they are fulfilled as outlined above.

*We do not offer RUSH services for orders placed online.
 
EXCHANGES: 
Due to restrictive COVID-19 rules & regulations in this industry, exchanges are not available, unless an item has a serious manufacturing defect. In that case, DCW Sales will replace the item. However, DCW Sales reserves the right to inspect any item that is being exchanged for a manufacturing defect prior to agreeing to the exchange/replacement. Ordering the wrong size does NOT qualify as a manufacturing defect.
 
UPDATED 7/1/23 - BACKORDERED ITEMS: 
Due to ongoing backups across the globe, our vendors are experiencing unprecedented stock shortages with some brands and some styles. There are times when we are unable to order a specific color or size in the brand displayed in our product images. When this happens, we will do our best to replace the product with the closest possible match in color/size from a comparable brand. If we are unable to replace the product with a comparable product, we will reach out via email with options on how you would like for us to proceed with your order.
